These Terms of Service apply to the Toysea online store and purchases made through it. By visiting the store or placing an order, you agree to these Terms.

2. Customer eligibility
Customers under 18 should use the store and place orders only with the involvement and permission of a parent or legal guardian.
3. Product information
Toysea aims to present product descriptions, images, prices, and availability accurately. Product colours and appearance can vary depending on the customer’s device or display. We may correct genuine errors in product information or pricing.
4. Orders
An order is subject to acceptance and product availability. Toysea may cancel or refuse an order where a product is unavailable, payment cannot be completed, delivery information is incomplete, fraud is suspected, or a genuine pricing or listing error has occurred.
If Toysea cancels a prepaid order, any amount collected for the cancelled order will be returned to the original payment method.
5. Prices and payments
Prices are displayed in Indian rupees unless otherwise stated. Customers can use the payment methods displayed at checkout. Cash on delivery is available only for eligible orders and serviceable postal codes where shown during checkout.
6. Shipping
Shipping availability, charges, processing times, delivery estimates, tracking, and failed-delivery procedures are governed by Toysea’s Shipping Policy.
Delivery dates are estimates and can be affected by courier operations, destination, weather, public holidays, and circumstances outside Toysea’s reasonable control.
7. Cancellations
An order can be cancelled before dispatch. After an order has been dispatched, it cannot be cancelled under this policy.
8. Returns and refunds
Claims involving damaged, defective, or incorrect products are governed by Toysea’s Return and Refund Policy. Customers must report eligible problems within 2 calendar days of delivery and provide the required unboxing video and order information.
9. Toysea warranty
Toysea provides a 90-day warranty from the date of delivery for manufacturing defects.
The warranty does not cover accidental damage, misuse, improper handling or storage, unauthorized modification or repair, normal wear and tear, cosmetic damage that does not affect function, or damage occurring after delivery that is not caused by a manufacturing defect.
A customer making a warranty claim must provide the order number and reasonable evidence of the reported manufacturing defect. Toysea may request photographs, video, or return of the product for inspection.
If a claim is approved, Toysea may provide an appropriate replacement, repair, or refund based on the nature of the defect and product availability. Return-shipping arrangements will be communicated after the claim is reviewed.
This warranty is in addition to rights that cannot be excluded under applicable Indian consumer law.
10. Customer information
Customers must provide accurate billing, delivery, contact, and payment information. Toysea is not responsible for delays or failed delivery caused by incorrect or incomplete information supplied by the customer.
11. Acceptable use
Customers must not use the store for unlawful, fraudulent, abusive, or harmful activities, attempt unauthorized access, introduce malicious code, interfere with store operation, or misuse Toysea’s content.
12. Intellectual property
The Toysea name, branding, website content, text, graphics, and original materials may not be copied, reproduced, distributed, or commercially used without permission, except where allowed by law.
Product names, logos, and other materials belonging to third parties remain the property of their respective owners.
13. Third-party services
The store can use third-party services for payments, shipping, analytics, and store operation. Those services may be governed by their own terms and privacy practices.
14. Liability
To the extent permitted by law, Toysea is not responsible for indirect or consequential loss arising from use of the store or products. Nothing in these Terms limits rights or remedies that cannot legally be limited under applicable consumer law.
15. Privacy
Personal information is handled according to Toysea’s Privacy Policy.
16. Changes to these Terms
Toysea may update these Terms when its services, policies, or legal obligations change. The current version published on the store applies from its stated effective date.
17. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Subject to applicable consumer rights, disputes are subject to the jurisdiction of the courts in Delhi, India.
