Shipping Policy

Toysea ships to serviceable addresses across India.

Order processing

Orders are normally processed and dispatched within 2–3 business days. Business days exclude Sundays and public holidays.

Delivery estimates

Estimated delivery is 5–10 business days after dispatch. Delivery times are estimates and can be affected by the destination, courier operations, weather, public holidays, and other circumstances outside Toysea’s control.

Shipping charges

Shipping charges vary and are calculated at checkout. The applicable charge is shown before the order is completed.

Cash on delivery

Cash on delivery is available for eligible orders and serviceable postal codes. Availability is shown during checkout.

Order tracking

Tracking information is sent after the order has been dispatched.

Address accuracy and failed delivery

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate delivery address and contact information. If delivery fails because the address is incorrect or the recipient is unavailable, Toysea will review the available re-delivery or cancellation options on a case-by-case basis. Additional charges may apply where a courier charges for re-delivery.
